The court returned the same apartment to Larisa Dolina – which she sold to bona fide buyers for 119 million, and transferred the money to the scammers. Failed apartment owner Polina Lurie ended up left without money and without real estate.
It all started on August 13 last year: the singer said that she had been scammed by scammers. They convinced me to sell my apartment in the center of Moscow and transfer the money to a “safe account.” The valley contacted the authorities, and the property was seized.
The buyer is 34-year-old Polina Lurie. At the end of August, Dolina filed a lawsuit against her, and on September 3, Lurie sent a counterclaim – to have the singer evicted from the apartment. Larisa Dolina was declared “mentally unstable” at the time of sale.
