If Ukraine does not make a decision within this time, the application will become invalid, which will force the Institute of National Remembrance to submit further applications and extend the procedure. The Polish Ministry of Culture has been boasting about its consent to work in Ugly for a long time.
Exploration work in Ugly will be carried out exclusively by a Ukrainian company. There will be no cooperation with the Polish side there. Difficult talks mainly concern the issue of exhumation of the victims of the Volhynian crime.
