MM Stoica, response after the Superliga president's statement: “It's unreal”

The Italian received two yellow cards in the first half with FCSB, score 0-2. The first warning was because he hit the ball with his fist, out of nerves, after referee Adrian Cojocaru's whistle. The second yellow card was for a foul on Olaru.

Mihai Stoica spoke in harsh terms about those who contested Murgia's removal. After the match, Radu Constantea, the president of U Cluj, declared that “the refereeing had a taint”.

Mihai Stoica: “It's clear elimination in Murgia”

“It's clearly an elimination. It's unreal. The foul he does is a yellow card. Then he comes with the gesture. It was the replay where you can see the intention to hit him in the head.

If he elbowed him directly, he was straight red. That's right, it was yellow. Moreover, I think I had a penalty. It is definitely the second yellow”, declared Mihai Stoica, at Prima Sport 1.

Unfortunately, the match ended with that elimination for Murgia, who in his experience should have been much more careful and not leave his team in 10 men.

Even if that phase is debatable and in his experience he should have felt the refereeing with a slight tinge, so to speak. Any decision, you know how it is, can be covered by the regulation, but the shade is also important.

Murgia must have felt after 30 minutes that a mistake was somehow expected to be made and he was not inspired. I think that's where the match was played. It's hard with FCSB outnumbered and especially when you're being led.
