“Our company has already signed the first agreement for a franchise premises in Poland. We have a lot of inquiries about this model of cooperation. However, the footballer and entrepreneur does not want to focus solely on the franchise. “We are not closed to any of these options. Franchise outlets now constitute the majority of Mangal outlets in Germany, but cooperation with the Kaufland chain is also going very well. I think there is a good chance that the fruits of cooperation with Kaufland will soon be visible in Poland,” he says.
Why did the athlete choose the kebab business? “As a child, I always liked to eat a good kebab, so this choice was quite simple. My stay in Turkey as a Galatasaray player only confirmed my decision that if I were to enter the gastronomy business, it would be kebab. In Turkey, döner is an everyday occurrence, great importance is attached to the quality and freshness of ingredients, which is 100% consistent with my approach. My friend and partner Metin Dag did not have to convince me for long to open the first one. premises. Time has shown that the choice was good,” he says.
