A resident of Rostov-on-Don almost burned to death while sitting on the toilet: all because he was smoking in the toilet and carelessly threw the butt of a cigarette inside.
There was a methane leak below, the flame flared up and burst out. It is not specified whether the Russian’s butt was badly burned.
