The KrasZemProekt company has developed design documentation for the major renovation of school building No. 24 in Svetlogorsk Lane. The project is already ready and will soon be sent for state examination, GradVestnik reports.

The developer assumed social obligations when developing the territory at the intersection of Molokov and Aviator streets. An agreement with the city administration was signed last year.
After passing the examination, the exact cost of major repairs of the educational institution will be known. Let us remind you that the company has already fulfilled one of the conditions of the agreement – it has landscaped the territory on Alekseev Street, where a new park has appeared.
The developer will also have to transfer four apartments with an area of 33 square meters into municipal ownership. m. each.
