In Novokuznetsk, a 30-year-old inadequate person came to test his driver's license for a pretty screwed guy. The car stalled, the driver swore, the instructor was nervous.
According to the examiner, he was too emotional – threw the steering wheel, shouted at the car and generally behaved strangely. The inspector decided to call the traffic police squad. The police cheated the man, and it turned out that he was drunk.
According to the detainee, the day before the exam, he accompanied a friend to the army and drank several glasses of whiskey and cola. “There was a residual smell, the inspector called the police,” the supermind tried to justify himself.
As a result, the examinee was arrested for 10 days.
