The M7 investment star is the legendary photographer Helmut Newton, whose work will decorate the common spaces of the building. Inspired by his character and the greatest muse of the 1980s – Sylvia Gobbel – the first of the seven collector's apartments “Helmut Newton and Sylvia Gobbel” was created.
– We will create a unique apartment, inspired primarily by the figure of Sylvia Gobbel – Muzy Helmut Newton, who is also the M7 investment ambassador and is one of the characters in the original photography “Sie Kommen”, which will appear in the space of the apartment – says Dawid Wrona, Chief Operating Officer in Archicom. – We wanted the nature of Helmut Newton's photos, strongly associated with the beauty and classic elegance of the 20th century, to be given thanks to the interior design. That is why, together with designers, we decided to choose the right colors, furniture and accessories that will give the apartment a sophisticated, aesthetic character – he adds.
Apartment worthy of Hollywood
The second of the already available apartments, “M as Marylin”, refers to Absolute star of the world of film and fashion – Marylin Monroe. A special distinguishing feature will be the iconic photography of the actress from 1961, by Douglas Kirkland, called “Favorite Hollywood photographer”.
– In this case, the interior design will be inspired by the Marylin Monroe private apartment in Los Angeles – says Dr. Joanna Kiliszek, curator of the Archicom Collection exhibitions. – These are bright, elegant and cozy spaces that the cinema star valued, so you can feel like Marylin Monroe herself – the expert points out.
Rock luxury with a guitar collection
The third of the already available apartments, “Guitar Heroes”, combines luxury with rock energy. The interiors are to be brave and very designer, so that everyone feels like in an apartment in a real rock star. They will help in this Original, signed photographs of outstanding rock musicians and a collection of real, professional guitarswhich the future owner will be able to use.
Works of art at the price of the apartment
Collector apartments are luxurious, unique spaces with high investment value, treated as works of art in themselves. Each of the apartments with an area of about 60 sq m will go to the new owner of a fully finished condition, equipped with original works of art.
– By creating collector's apartments, we wanted to give our future tenants the opportunity to realize their dreams that their space had a unique character, their distinguishing feature, which will allow him to enjoy it every day. That is why we decided on proprietary projects – we want to give buyers to the apartments that no one else around the world has such a place to live. An additional plus is the ability to communicate with art at the highest level without leaving home – and literally – says Dawid Wrona.

To three apartments presented, which are already available for sale, another four original concepts are to join this summer. According to representatives of Archicom Collection, they are working on subsequent collector's apartments, they already have their thematic outline, and the projects are being developed.
How to buy such an apartment?
Collector apartments are available in normal sales without additional preliminary conditions. Just contact the Sales Office and set a convenient meeting date.
– Sales are not in the Off Market formula – apartments are available in a regular sales offerhowever, due to their unique nature and limited number, the principle “first come, is better” – say advisers from the sales office.
The M7 investment is implemented in the Super Kwartale Towarowa22, whose investors are AFI, Echo Investment and Archicom. The project is an example of connecting housing with art, more and more often present on the Polish luxury real estate market.
