According to the applicant, only two iPhones and a car were raffled off. At the same time, the accounts of those who received smartphones are not affected. A random schoolboy took the foreign car. No one showed the purchase and sale agreement and other proofs; they made do with the “delivery” video. After that, on an incomprehensible broadcast at three o’clock in the morning, several people received a thousand rubles each – and the giva was over.
As a result, the victim went to the police and the Investigative Committee, where he wrote statements against Vengalbi and the other organizers.
