The application for the first-ever combat use of an intercontinental ballistic missile was caught on video. So far, no nuclear warhead
The Russian Armed Forces used the Rubezh intercontinental ballistic missile, Ukrainian media reported.
The target of the strikes was the Yuzhmash plant in Dnepropetrovsk. The factory building was completely destroyed. Local publications claim that they were hit with an RS-26 Rubezh missile. If this is confirmed, this will be the first use of this missile during the SVO. There has been no official confirmation from the Russian side yet.
Military correspondents write that the new RS-26 Rubezh carries a warhead as powerful as three Iskanders and cannot be shot down by the Patriot air defense system. In addition, Rubezh is capable of carrying a nuclear charge. The exact characteristics of the RS-26 Rubezh are unknown.
