The manual, developed by penitentiary psychologists, will begin to be used in educational institutions of the region in 2026 to prevent suicide among minors.
As the author of the method, Ekaterina Kuznetsova, deputy head of the interregional department of psychological work of the GUFSIN, said, the notebook consists of four blocks: tests for self-knowledge, practical exercises for managing emotions, gymnastics and other tips.
The manual was already presented at the Regional Forum of Preventive Work Practices at the end of October. The materials will be posted on the website of the Krasnoyarsk Information and Methodological Center, and from 2026 they will become available in all educational organizations in the region.
