In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, based on a video from social networks, Kan traffic police inspectors brought to administrative responsibility a motorist who did not give way to a pedestrian.
The incident occurred on October 27 in the afternoon on 40 Let Oktyabrya Street – the driver of a Lada Niva, driving in the far left lane, did not let a boy pass, who was walking across the roadway at an unregulated crossing. At the last moment, he managed to stop and avoid being hit by a speeding SUV.

There were no reports of the violation to the police department on duty, so the police, based on video information from local telegram channels and public pages, proactively registered it. It turned out that the car was driven by a 61-year-old local resident. He was found the next day. The man explained that he saw the pedestrian too late, did not have time to react in a timely manner, and was very worried about what happened.
