PINK data: vacancy rates are increasing, but not everywhere
Data from the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) show that at the end of the third quarter of 2025, the total resources of modern office space in eight main regional markets amounted to 6,732,400 sq m. There was approximately 1,192,300 sq m available for immediate rent, which corresponds to a vacancy rate of 17.7%. — 0.2 pp more than in the second quarter and 0.4 pp more than a year earlier.
The highest vacancy rate was recorded in Katowice (23.4%) and Wrocław (21.8%), and the lowest in Szczecin (6.8%) and Lublin (10.3%).
