A court in St. Petersburg on Tuesday fined 18-year-old street performer Diana Loginova PLN 30,000. rubles [ok. 1370 zł] for discrediting the Russian military after sang an anti-war song by an artist considered a “foreign agent”.

The court found Loginova guilty in connection with the public performance of the song You Soldat (“You are a soldier”), which describes the emotional scars of war, but does not refer to Russia or the military.
— My activity as a street musician is aimed at sharing the music I love, Loginowa, known by her stage name Naoko, told the court. She denied her guilt and disputed the statement that her performance had “political purposes.”
Loginowa's lawyer argued that police did not specify which texts were considered offensiveclaiming that the case lacked any evidence of political intentions or message.

Supporters and journalists filled the courtroom and applauded as Loginowa appeared smiling, but visibly tired after almost two weeks in detention.
After the ruling, an unmarked civilian vehicle took Łoginowa to the police station, where she reportedly began to feel unwell due to stress.
An ambulance was called, and the singer was examined by paramedics who administered medication to her, but decided not to hospitalize her. Her mother, Irina Loginova, told the media that The singer's condition worsened due to emotional tension. Loginowa is expected to remain at the station overnight on an administrative charge of unlawful assembly.
Loginowa, the vocalist of the street trio Stoptime, was arrested in early October along with guitarist Alexander Orlov and drummer Władisław. All three were sentenced to 12-13 days in detention for organizing unauthorized public meetings. After serving his sentence, Orlov was arrested again on Tuesday and he was charged with a new charge under the same article regarding illegal gatherings. He was detained at the police station for further questioning.
