

They noted that the CEC received a resolution from the Verkhovna Rada on the early termination of the powers of People's Deputy Anna Kolesnik, who was elected in the early parliamentary elections on July 21, 2019 in the national multi-member electoral district from the Servant of the People.
“The commission recognized and registered the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Dmitry Slinko, elected in the early elections of People’s Deputies of Ukraine on July 21, 2019 in the national multi-mandate electoral district, from the political party “Servant of the People” under No. 151,” the statement said.
Slinko was born in Kyiv and is 45 years old. He graduated from Kyiv National University. Taras Shevchenko, majoring in international economics.
Before starting his political career, Slinko worked as a journalist, was an employee of UA: Pershiy, editor of cultural programs, and collaborated with Focus magazine. In addition, he worked at Korrespondent, the Chesno movement emphasized.
In 2019, Slinko became an assistant to the people's deputy from the Servant of the People, Evgenia Kravchuk. A year later, he got a job on the party staff, where he received a salary.
Context
Kolesnik is known for getting into a scandal over correspondence back in 2021. At an extraordinary meeting of parliament even before the full-scale invasion, when the Rada was talking about the accumulation of Russian troops on the border, Kolesnik wrote to her friends that “we need to get out of this country.”
In 2022, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine found that the people's choice did not include in the 2020 declaration information about renting two apartments in Kyiv, owning a share in non-residential premises in Kharkov and a car. The total value of this property exceeds UAH 4.4 million.
In 2023, the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine announced that it found the people's deputy guilty of declaring false information and imposed a fine on her.
In June 2025, Kolesnik decided to resign her parliamentary powers early. She has not appeared in parliament since March 12, 2025, Chesno noted.
On October 21, the Rada deprived People's Deputy Kolesnik of his powers.
