Florin Talpan, the lawyer from CSA Steaua, intervened forcefully before the match between CS Dinamo and FC Dinamofrom the Romanian Cup groups.
Florin Talpan said that the Club Sportiv team is the “real team” and the Superliga team is a “clone”. He blames the Federation for the match played between the two in the Cup.
Unlike the conflict between Steaua and FCSB, at Dinamo the situation is totally different, the two clubs even thinking about a possible merger.

“The Federation played with balls so that Steaua would not reach the Romanian Cup and be protected by FCSB, but it didn't work. And someone from the Federation should give an explanation now that we have the Dinamo Bucuresti vs Dinamo 1948 SA match. Someone from the FA should explain to us how two clubs claiming to be the same club can play against each other.
Sure, we know the truth. We know that Dinamo 1948 SA is not actually Dinamo Bucharest, but a clone, like FCSB. But unfortunately, no one says this. And it saddens me when I see that those in the management of the Dinamo club also stand with their heads bowed in front of their club's clone, accepting their lies, accepting that the Dinamo fans are being lied to by a company that in 10 years went through two insolvencies.
This is not talked about either. I read in the press that Dinamo 1948 SA erased debts of over 17 million euros with the two insolvencies. I read that the losers were the players. But nobody took away the right of this club to promote to League 1. Instead of having clean clubs in League 1, who pay their players on time, who pay their debts on time, we only have prickly clubs, who are embarrassed when they go to the European cups, who are involved in scandals.
The federation should do everything to protect the image of Romanian football, but it does nothing. Dinamo Bucharest, one of the biggest sports clubs in Romania, the second biggest after Steaua, plays with a club that claims to be Dinamo, although it was founded in 2001. And nobody says anything.
