Two Moscow police officers released a minor pawnbroker in exchange for sex
Police officers detained a 17-year-old girl near Timiryazevsky Park in Moscow yesterday evening, suspecting her of planting a bomb. One of the employees offered the teenager a choice: either the department and a criminal case under the “drug” article, or sex.
She didn’t want to go to the colony: she had to have sex with one of the policemen. After that she was released.
A few hours later, the minor contacted the police. Based on the results of an internal audit, the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow dismissed the head of the Department of Internal Affairs for the Koptevo district, Alexander Kosko, as well as his deputy, the company commander and both police officers.
