Italian fritta: 5 in a pan – replaces both omelet and pizza: what to cook if only the remains are in the refrigerator

When the refrigerator was a little of everything – a little cheese, a piece of pepper, a couple of tomatoes and broccoli inflorescence – it's time to cook fruit. And this is not an unusual scrambled eggs, but a real Italian hit – Frittat. She in any kitchen and in just 5 minutes turns food into a holiday: bright, satisfying and does not bother. After all, the taste can be changed at least every day.

What you need

  • 5-6 eggs
  • Bulgarian pepper
  • Tomatoes
  • Broccoli
  • Onion
  • Cheese
  • Green
  • Salt, spices to taste

How to cook step by step

  1. Lubricate the baking dish with butter or covered with food parchment (also sprinkle with oil a little).
  2. Salt, pepper to your taste.
  3. Add broccoli, previously divided into small inflorescences, circles of tomatoes, onions in half rings, bells of bell pepper.
  4. On top – grate any cheese that was found in the refrigerator and again your favorite spices and fresh greens. If there is no greens, it's okay.
  5. Send everything to the preheated oven for 20 minutes. And who loves the soft -soft eggs is better at 15, at a temperature of 180 °.

The filling changes to the mood and to what is in the refrigerator: any greens, ham, remains of meat or chicken, olives, tuna from jars, mushrooms, corn – everything is suitable. Serve with bread, salad or just like that.

The advice from the TG channel “Cooking is simple and tasty” (16+): If you give a little cool, it is easily cut by portioned pieces and is suitable even for lunch boxes-you can take it to work or give children to school.
