
When you want something sweet, but don’t want to bother at all, you can whip up a lemon pie for tea. The dough for it is prepared very quickly, you don’t need to beat anything. The recipe was shared by the author of the blog “Natalia Krasilova / Food” (18+) on the Zen platform (12+).
Ingredients:
Egg – 1 piece
Lemon – 1 piece
Sugar – 120 grams
Milk – 220 ml
Flour – 240 grams
Baking powder – 10 grams
Vegetable oil – 70 grams
Salt – a pinch
How to cook:
Break the egg into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and a little sugar. If you want, add vanilla. Pour in vegetable oil.
Squeeze the lemon juice directly into the bowl with the dough and mix everything together. Remove the zest using a fine grater and also throw it into a bowl. Pour in the milk.
Add flour and baking powder. Stir until medium thick so that the batter flows easily from a spoon. If you want a nice yellow color, add half a teaspoon of turmeric.
Bake in the oven for 40–45 minutes at 180 degrees. Check readiness with a wooden stick. Bon appetit!
