Every second user of the VeloBank application uses VeloKorzyści


More than every third participant (38%) was promoted to a higher position within the first days of joining. In a program that is celebrating its anniversary, every activity counts. Customers earn points for transactions, the most popular of which are: debit and credit card payments, BLIK, VAS and operations in VeloKantor[1].
The VeloKorzyści loyalty program is already a year old. From the beginning, it has been available in the VeloBank mobile application. It is based on the mechanism of collecting points that allow you to reach four levels. It works according to the principle: the more you bank, the more you gain – more frequent use of the application, card or BLIK translates into faster promotion and more benefits: higher cashback, a loan offer with reduced interest rates and discounts on third party liability insurance.
– We see a clear increase in the activity of people using the program, and quick promotions in the level of benefits show its real support in everyday life. At VeloBank, we focus on convenience and develop solutions covering: finance, health, shopping and travel. VeloBenefits in numbers
VeloKrzyści users use mobile banking and its services more actively than before joining the program. They earn the most points for: account receipts (81% of participants), debit card payments (76%) and BLIK (73%). More and more people earn points by saving, because since the beginning of the program, half of users have regularly deposited funds in their savings account. Every month, every 13th customer also earns points for income from the Family 800+ program.
Among customers who upgraded, 38% did so within the first 30 days, 64% within 60 days, and 80% within 90 days. This shows that the program motivates regular use of banking services, and advancement in the level of benefits encourages greater involvement. An example of the growing interest in the program is the Medical Package, whose popularity is increasing by an average of 15% per month.
Most popular services
Customers are increasingly willing to use the “My Bills” function, which allows them to easily pay invoices and manage their household budget. Usage of this service grows by an average of 12% per month, and participants from the second level receive 5% cashback for using it. Payments for transport services are also popular: transport tickets, parking lots, highways, vignettes, thanks to which customers gain up to 20% refund on payments. By using these services, customers could earn up to PLN 600 in cashback within a year.
Who uses the program?
VeloBenefits are especially targeted at younger and professionally active people aged 25-44. Most participants live in the Masovian and Silesian voivodeships. Men slightly predominate – 54% of all users, and the differences between residents of small and large towns are small. This proves that the program meets the needs of a wide group of clients, regardless of gender or place of residence.
How to join?
To join VeloKorzyści, the easiest way is to open VeloKonto and activate the program in the application. Currently, there is a “Max VeloKorzyści Na Start” promotion. It is valid from August 1, 2025 and is available to people who did not have a personal account in VeloBank from December 31, 2022 to the day before its commencement. New customers who create VeloKonto and activate the program by October 31 will immediately receive access to level 4 for three full calendar months.
