The captain of the Transylvanian team came to the flash-interview with tears in his eyes. 6 times champion of Romania with CFR Cluj, Camora declared that it is the hardest moment since he has been with the Cluj team for 14 years.
And he issued a warning of possible relegation. CFR Cluj is in the play-off spot, with only 13 points collected in 14 matches.
Camora, devastated after CFR Cluj – Farul 0-2: “You lose, but at least you have an attitude”
“Two easy goals, we conceded a lot of goals. The first half wasn't good at all. It was tough. A very tough defeat. We don't play, we don't press. You can lose, but at least have attitude. It's a shame. We'll fight relegation, that's for sure. You lose, but at least have attitude. Everyone's right to be upset.
I'm ashamed. I haven't had moments like this since I've been at CFR. These are the hardest moments. If we had a good performance, the fans were with us. They are right. Excuses are not enough, we have to prove it, we have to be ashamed, not to leave the house. The fans are upset, they are right, we apologize for nothing, they want to see wins.
It's the most painful moment since I've been at CFR Cluj. I love this club, I have never experienced such moments. We will have to find a solution, next year we play in League 2, at 11 in the morning. Ovidiu trained well, with pleasure, the players seemed motivated until the start of the match”, said Mario Camora, on Prima Sport 1.
