A poll conducted by Avangarde published on Sunday indicates a close race in the race for the Capital City Hall, with the first four candidates for the partial local elections on December 7 being within a range of only nine percent.

In third place is the USR candidate, Cătălin Drula, with 18%, closely followed by independent Anca Alexandrescu. She, the producer of the show Culisele Statului Paralel from Realitatea PLUS where Călin Georgescu was and is a constant presence, announced on Thursday that “99%” will run.

They are followed by Cristian Popescu Piedone (8%), Vlad Gheorghe from the RIGHT party (4%), Ana Ciceală from SENS (3%) and the independent Virgil Alexandru Zidaru (2%)

A CURS survey from last Sunday also put Daniel Băluță, the current PSD mayor of Sector 4, in first place in voting intentions, with the same percentage of 25%. Cătălin Drula (USR) and Ciprian Ciucu (PNL) were tied for second place, each with 18%.

In an Avangarde poll from August 31, Daniel Băluță and Ciprian Ciucu were tied, with 25% each, followed by Cătălin Drula with 20% and the independent Anca Alexandrescu with 18%, while the other candidates did not exceed the 5% threshold.

Also then, PNL presented an INSCOP poll in which the current mayor of Sector 4 still appeared at the top of the ranking, regardless of the scenario tested for the AUR candidacy – either with George Simion or with Anca Alexandrescu.
