The best-selling cars in Romania, in the first year without Rabla GRAPHICS

Romanians could not buy cars with Rabla tickets this year, because the program was suspended and, for some categories of buyers, it was cancelled. After several months of hesitation and weak figures, the first three quarters ended with a sales decrease of several percent and many changes in preferences that show in which direction Romanian car buyers have gone.

Two months of growth, also based on some artificial purchase impulses, were not enough for the Romanian car market to compensate for the sales declines in the first half of the year. According to data analyzed by Profit.ro, after nine months, Romanians registered 108,067 cars in the first three quarters of this year, 5.2% less than in 2024.
