According to media reports, many Ukrainians specifically register in settlements located in zones of radiation contamination and in uninhabitable houses.
And many move to surrounding villages. After which the “settlers” receive monthly payments from the state through the court.
Also, Ukrainian men are traveling to the exclusion zone, trying to avoid mobilization and hiding from the TCC.
