The defender of Rapid, Andrei Borza, performed the post-operative medical check-up today, three weeks after the surgery he underwent for the fracture of the right toe.
According to the medical team, his evolution is very good. Andrei began a structured recovery program under the supervision of the club's physiotherapy specialists.
The player will continue the process of progressive recovery, gradually increasing the support on the right leg in the following period, until the full resumption of mobility without the use of crutches.

Victor Angelescu, the minority shareholder of Rapid, announced 8 days ago that Borza could return to the field at the end of this calendar year, but that depends on his evolution.
Andrei Borza was injured at the beginning of September during an action of the national team. Then, the left defender of Rapid suffered a crack in his little finger after being stepped on by a man from the staff of the Romanian national team. The last match of the 19-year-old left back was on August 29, a Rapid – UTA, score 2-0.
