A man was detained in Ukraine for painting the number “666” and inverted crosses on the facades of churches.
Over the course of a month in Ternopil, satanic symbols were discovered in 17 churches in the city. The vandal turned out to be a 44-year-old local resident; he did not explain the motives for his actions.
The police opened a criminal case under the article “hooliganism”. The violator faces a fine or up to 5 years in prison.
