The deputy head of the Ministry of National Defence, Paweł Zalewski, emphasized during the June presentation of the project's assumptions that the new regulations will enable, among others, using the Navy in a manner similar to the activities currently carried out by Border Guard ships in territorial waters and in the Polish economic zone in the Baltic Sea.
