In occupied Lugansk, a man allegedly kicked a mined speaker with the song “Okeana Elzy”. His leg was blown off

The explosion occurred on Chernomorskaya Street, as a result of which a man and a woman were injured.

“Mash in Donbass” wrote with reference to eyewitnessesthat a passerby kicked a Bluetooth music speaker, which turned out to be booby-trapped, and his leg was blown off.

The so-called Minister of Health of the terrorist group “LPR” Natalia Pashchenko confirmedthat the man had “traumatic amputation of the lower limb.” Both he and the other victim are in the operating room.

Propaganda public pages write that a song by the Ukrainian group “Okean Elzy” was allegedly playing from the speaker. However, “DM | Donbass Media” called this information is fake. According to eyewitnesses, at the scene of the incident there was not a pump, but an object resembling a tube, which was touched by an explosion.

Commentators also suggested that the couple had a conflict and the man could have thrown a grenade, causing an explosion.

However, there are no official versions yet, the public clarified.

At the Center of National Resistance (CNS), created by the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, called it an FSB production.

According to sources in Lugansk, before the explosion, Russian special service officers from the department that deals with countering the activities of resistance movements and Ukrainian special services coordinating such provocations arrived in the city.

“Their task is to create a picture for the Russian media to show that the “Ukrainian underground” is attacking civilians. Inside the occupation structures they are discussing that the “terrorist attack” should be the beginning of a series of stagings. According to the plan, similar “explosive objects”, allegedly with Ukrainian symbols or music, may appear in other cities of the temporarily occupied territories – to prepare a new stage of the information campaign FSB against Ukraine,” the CNS said in a statement.
