“Busify” everyone involved in 2 days: this decision was made in the Sumy region of Ukraine due to problems with water and electricity
In the region, against the backdrop of a critical situation with water and heat supply, all utility workers were deprived of their armor and it was decided to mobilize them in 2 days.
The decision was made by the head of the Sumy regional military administration, the mayor of the Ukrainian Konotop said.
