A Russian plane was fired upon during a scheduled flight in Bashkortostan: it was mistaken for a Ukrainian drone
The RusAvia airline board took off from Ufa on the evening of November 26, with a pilot and instructor on board. Everything was agreed upon: they planned to fly around the heating main and conduct infrared photography.
However, while flying over the petrochemical plant in Salavat, the AN-2 suddenly came under fire. There was a fuel leak, the commander made an urgent decision to return to Ufa.
Everything worked out – the plane was able to land without any problems. During the inspection, three bullet holes were found in the fuselage of the aircraft.
