Nine participants of the Trade Team.FM project from the cities of responsibility of SUEK-Krasnoyarsk and SGK visited the International Forum “Russian Energy Week” (REW) in Moscow.
Following the results of the 2025 labor season, the most active and proactive participants in the movement received such a gift from the Melnichenko Foundation.
A rich program has been prepared for the children, including walks around the capital, excursions to the Futurione phygital space, as well as Panorama 360.
“This is my first time in Moscow and in general I am very impressed with our capital and architecture,” Danila Bulgakov from Sharypov shared his impressions. — I really enjoyed the excursion to Futurione. Here art intertwines with technology, affecting all senses – from sight to touch. It’s difficult to convey in words how incredible emotions all this evokes. A magical place that you didn’t want to leave!”
The meeting with a young specialist from the Nazarovo mine, Nikita Ivanov, also aroused great interest among the younger generation. He spoke about the activities of coal mining enterprises in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Kuzbass, the prospects and opportunities opening up for employees. “I was very impressed by the meeting, it flew by unnoticed,” says Kirill Khmyrov from Borodino. “I was especially interested in how modern technologies and artificial intelligence are being implemented at open-pit mines.”
At the site of the REW Youth Day, the children walked along the career guidance route “Industry with “Knowledge”. “We received tasks from representatives of fuel and energy companies, chose a solution style as an innovator, practitioner or strategist, and based on the results, we awarded the most active ones with souvenirs and certificates. I’m among them, which, of course, pleases and inspires,” says Daria Dzyatko from Sharypovo.
The main event of the Youth Day of the Forum was the plenary session in the format of the intellectual game “What? Where? When?”. It was attended by well-known politicians, representatives of government organizations and business, leaders of the industry youth community – active young engineers, inventors and innovators.
The team of experts was led by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak. He emphasized:
“The special role of the Russian Energy Week is the opportunity to meet at the Youth Day site with young specialists in the fuel and energy complex and university students, to feel the drive of the new generation of professionals and to discuss the development of the industry with those who will have to respond to the challenges facing the energy sector today.”
“The questions of the game were interesting, we discovered a lot of new things for ourselves, because the speakers commented on each answer,” shares Kirill Cherepanov, a participant in the Profkomanda.FM project from Nazarov. — It was a busy trip! We sincerely thank the Melnichenko Foundation for such opportunities and experience!”
The large-scale forum brought together more than 3 thousand young professionals, students and schoolchildren, representatives of industry companies and universities, and government officials. The Youth Day program included about 40 events.
