The first deputy mayor of Zheleznogorsk was sent under house arrest in the landfill case

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the court chose a preventive measure for the first deputy head of Zheleznogorsk, Roman Vychuzhanin, suspected of exceeding official authority when concluding a contract for the liquidation of landfills. The official will be under house arrest for at least two months, the Investigative Committee reported.

Let us remind you that Vychuzhanin was detained on suspicion of organizing the conclusion of a municipal contract for 5.7 million rubles with a company that did not have a license to work with waste. According to the investigation, the contractor, instead of disposing of the waste at the landfill, took it to an unauthorized territory in Zheleznogorsk, after which 3.8 million rubles were transferred from the budget.
At the same time, criminal cases are being investigated against the head of a contracting organization for fraud and an administrative employee for abuse of power. The criminal investigation continues.
