In Kansk, a woman does not pay taxes because she does not believe in the existence of the Russian Federation

The Kansk City Court considered the case based on the claim of the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 8 for the collection of arrears of taxes and penalties.

The woman is the owner of an apartment with an area of ​​50.3 square meters, a share in the ownership of a non-residential building, two vehicles, in addition, the defendant previously owned two apartments in different areas of the city, which are currently sold. At the same time, she does not pay transport tax, property tax for individuals, or tax on income received from the sale of real estate. Since 2018, the defendant has a debt of more than 26,000 rubles.

The woman in court motivated her position on tax evasion by the fact that she is not an individual, her status is a living person and a citizen of the USSR according to her birth certificate. The defendant decided that she had been fraudulently issued a fake Russian passport, which was invalid. She also stated that Russia is not a country, the woman also did not recognize herself as a taxpayer and citizen of the Russian Federation and asked to refuse the claim.

In addition, the woman demanded that the presiding judge and a representative of the tax authority provide certificates from a narcologist and a psychiatrist.

“The defendant attached to the case materials a photocopy of a notice “issued by WHO,” which states that “all individuals who call themselves citizens of the Russian Federation, or consider themselves such, in accordance with ICD-10, F20-F29 of the World Health Organization are officially recognized as susceptible to chronic mental disorder and pose a potential danger to others, which entails legal consequences in the form of declaring them incompetent,” said the joint press service of the courts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The court recovered from the woman arrears of taxes and penalties in the amount of 26,378.81 rubles. In the receipt for delivery of a copy of the court decision, instead of her signature, the defendant left a postage stamp with a face value of 1 ruble, issued in 2019.
