The Alba County Gendarmerie Inspectorate announced on Friday evening that the presence of a bear was reported in the yard of the school in the village of Biia, near Blaj, reports Agerpres.
“The intervention team from the Alba Gendarmerie on duty, properly equipped to drive away large animals, is urgently moving to the scene”, declared IJJ Alba.
The Alba Emergency Situations Inspectorate issued a RO-ALERT message.
Such a RO-ALERT message was also sent on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, when a bear was seen in the center of Sântimbru, between the school and the City Hall.
The person who then called 112 also sent a video captured with the dashboard camera. In the images, the bear was wandering on the street, and when the car appeared, most likely because of the light of the headlights and the noise, it got scared and ran away.
