Law enforcement officers said that early in the morning they were informed about a fight at a gas station.
“The investigative team found a man with numerous stab wounds. Doctors tried to revive him, but to no avail – the victim died. Law enforcement officers established that the deceased was a 35-year-old citizen of one of the Latin American countries,” the report says.
After reviewing CCTV footage, investigators found that “the victim was stabbed by his 25-year-old acquaintance, also a Latin American citizen.”
“According to preliminary data, a conflict arose between the men on a domestic surface, during which the attacker grabbed a knife and struck the victim several times, from which he subsequently died. The police detained the defendant,” the police emphasized.
A pre-trial investigation was launched under Part 1 of Art. 115 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Local Telegram channels, in particular Ternopil Trukha, write that the victim is a citizen of Colombia, another man was injured. The public showed photos from the scene of the incident (people with a weak nervous system should not view them).
