As a result of these behaviors, a man was extracted from the group and taken to the police station, in order to identify and take legal measures,” the statement reads.
The gendarmes say they are present to demarcate and secure the area and to support the intervention of the fire brigade.

Citizens are advised to avoid approaching the perimeter and follow the instructions of the law enforcement agencies.
The perimeter was established after the explosion occurred on Friday morning in a block of flats in Sector 5, resulting in casualties and the evacuation of the residents.
Three people died, 14 were injured
Two floors of an 8-storey block in Sector 5 of the Capital collapsed on Friday morning after a powerful explosion. The windows of a nearby high school were broken by the blast of the violent explosion, parents were urgently called to pick up the students. There were 108 apartments in the affected block, and the firemen ordered the complete evacuation of the tenants as there is a risk of the building collapsing. Search operations are underway at the site for possible victims trapped under the rubble.
Three people died as a result of the explosion, including a 21-year-old pregnant woman. In a press conference held on Friday, the head of DSU Raed Arafat also gave details about the 14 injured people.
“14 injured people were transported to hospitals and three refused to be transported to Sitalice units. Of the 14 transported to the hospital, we are talking about two serious cases, one of which was a child. Both of the seriously injured were intubated on the spot. Among the people transported to the hospital, there are also people who were taken there because they were elderly people, evacuees, who we had no way to keep in the street, so they were transferred to the hospital until they places will be found where they will be relocated,” Arafat said.
The manager of the Grigore Alexandrescu Hospital, Alexandru Ulici, stated that two children are hospitalized in the medical unit.
A 17-year-old girl is in serious condition and the other child, 15, is in a stable condition.
The block in Rahova had 108 apartments and was built in 1981, part of the post-earthquake construction of 1977, when safety standards, at least seismic ones, increased.
Several tenants in the block damaged by the morning explosion stated that the block smelled strongly of gas since Thursday. In a press statement from the scene, Raed Arafat stated that gas is most likely the cause of the explosion.
