  • 7 g yeast;
  • 500 g flour;
  • 200 g butter;
  • 200 sour cream;
  • 1 egg.

Preparation

  1. Mix warm milk, sugar and yeast.
  2. Leave the dough to rise.
  3. In a separate container, grind the butter and flour.
  4. Add the egg, sour cream and risen dough. Knead the dough.
  5. Cover with film and leave for 1.5 hours for the dough to rise.
