- 100 g milk;
- 50 g sugar;
- 7 g yeast;
- 500 g flour;
- 200 g butter;
- 200 sour cream;
- 1 egg.
Preparation
- Mix warm milk, sugar and yeast.
- Leave the dough to rise.
- In a separate container, grind the butter and flour.
- Add the egg, sour cream and risen dough. Knead the dough.
- Cover with film and leave for 1.5 hours for the dough to rise.
