Ukrainian drone attacks
The problems of the Russian oil sector result from Ukrainian attacks on refineries, pipelines and fuel storage facilities. The deficiencies include: in occupied Crimea, the European part of Russia and the Far East, and in the entire country they are estimated at at least 20 percent.
Ukraine attacks Russian refineries mainly using unmanned aerial vehicles of its own production, which are able to reach targets even 1,500-2,000 km away from the front line.

— Now these exports are increasingly limited by Ukrainian attacks – and this is a big problem for the Russian budget – he adds.
