The entrance may collapse along with the trapped people – a wall has peeled off between the 8th and 9th floors. Two apartments are on fire, people are screaming for help. The preliminary cause is a gas explosion.
60 rescuers and 20 pieces of equipment are working on site. The Investigative Committee began an investigation.
