Tomahawk for Ukraine, mobilization in the Russian Federation, conflict with Kadyrov. Gordon's interview with Zhirnov. Video G

During an interview with the founder of the online publication “GORDON” Dmitry Gordon, Zhirnov, in particular, spoke about:

  • American Tomahawk cruise missiles, which Ukraine may receive;
  • the conflict between Israel and the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas;
  • the attitude of US President Donald Trump towards the illegitimate president of the aggressor country of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin;
  • probable mobilization in Russia;
  • the state of the Russian economy;
  • “little green men” on the border with Estonia;
  • fault lines in Russian society;
  • conflict between the head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Elvira Nabiullina, State Duma deputy Vladimir Shamanov and the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov.

“I am sure that Putin will start doing something with Europe. He does not view Europe as a second front – for him it is a united front with Ukraine. We are not talking about tanks on Tallinn or Helsinki. He will use drones and “little green men.” […] Putin’s goal is for European countries, which understand the threat to them from Russia, to stop helping Ukraine with weapons,” Zhirnov believes.

Zhirnov was born in 1961 in Moscow. He graduated from the Faculty of International Economic Relations of MGIMO and the Red Banner Institute of the KGB of the USSR named after Andropov, where Putin also studied. The KGB recruited Zhirnov to MGIMO.

In 1987–1991, Zhirnov worked in Directorate “C” of the First Main Directorate of the KGB of the USSR, which performed the functions of illegal intelligence, and in 1991–1992 – in the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation.

Since 2001, Zhirnov has lived in France and criticizes Putin's policies.

Zhirnov published several books, including the novel “How the KGB Hunted Me.”
