further attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure. Donbas without electricity

The attacks on Donbas began in the morning. According to Vadym Filashin, head of the Donetsk Oblast authorities, Russian strikes focused on key infrastructure elements. In his message on Telegram, he announced that technical teams are already working to repair the damage. He noted that the scale of damage and the time needed to restore electricity supplies remain unknown.
Not only Donbas was targeted. In the Odessa Oblast, as a result of a night drone attack, energy and civilian infrastructure was damaged. Even though Ukrainian air defense managed to shoot down most of the enemy devices, losses were not avoided. Local authorities reported that one person was injured.
Similar scenarios played out in the north of the country, in the Chernihiv Oblast. Within 24 hours, the Russians carried out 59 attacks on local towns. One of the drones hit a power plant in the Nezhinsky region, which further deepened the region's energy problems.
The Ukrainian armed forces said that since Saturday evening, Russians have used 118 drones to carry out attacks. As reported on social media, 103 of them were neutralized. Despite the high effectiveness of air defense, coordinated attacks on energy infrastructure remain a serious challenge for Ukraine.
