Banking services and card design in Russia today are created taking into account youth trends

VTB presented the results of a study according to which young people, when choosing banking services, focus on the convenience of mobile applications, cost-effectiveness of services, the availability of bonuses, interesting services and stylish card design.
These criteria are taken into account in the new map, which includes popular subscriptions and mobile communications, presented at the FINOPOLIS 2025 technology forum.
“Young people today set trends and shape the future of the financial market. We not only respond to changes, but also create new opportunities for this audience – from stylish cards with free service to comprehensive digital solutions,” said Alexey Okhorzin, senior head of VTB’s retail business product department.. He emphasized that the goal of the project is toa full-fledged digital service that simplifies money management.
