The authorities photoshopped equipment into a photo report on street cleaning in Naberezhnye Chelny
Residents complained about streets not cleared of snow, and district authorities sent a report that “work is in full swing.” As it turned out, work was in full swing only in the photo editor.
They stuck an image of a tractor on the street photo without adjusting the lighting or bothering to draw a shadow on the equipment.
