In Kansk, the court ordered the parents of aggressive teenagers to pay compensation to the boy who was bullied by their children. This was reported by the joint press service of the courts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

It all happened in May of this year; during a walk in the Severo-Zapadny microdistrict, an 11-year-old boy was approached by two guys he knew. They ordered the child to kneel, and when they refused, they began to humiliate and beat him. The teenagers kicked the boy, spat at him and forced him to ask for forgiveness. The minors filmed the incident on their phones.

As a result of the conflict, the child received a superficial head injury, bruises of the soft tissues of the scalp and right femoral area. This is the conclusion the doctors gave.

The mother of the injured boy turned to law enforcement for help. An investigation began and law enforcement officers identified all participants in the conflict. One of the guys was put on preventive registration in the juvenile affairs unit, the other was placed on intra-school registration.

The initiation of a case of an administrative offense against minors was refused due to their underage age of administrative responsibility. However, the Kansk City Court satisfied the prosecutor's claim for compensation for moral damage in favor of the minor.

The parents of the teenage aggressors were ordered to pay 40 thousand rubles to the victim. When determining the amount of compensation for moral damage, the court proceeded from the nature and degree of physical and moral suffering of the child, the severity of bodily injuries, the duration of physical and mental suffering, as well as the degree of harm caused to the boy’s health, including the court taking into account the financial situation of the defendants.
