The person responsible for the construction of defensive structures in Kursk Tet was arrested…

The person responsible for the construction of defensive structures in Tyotkino, Kursk, has been arrested; the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been trying to break through there for the last week. This is the general director of KTK-Service, Andrey Volovikov, who received about 300 million rubles for organizing fortifications.
According to Mash, Volovikov’s company dug a ditch and built facilities in Tyotkino on paper, but in the end the structures were either not built at all or were built of poor quality. The investigation believes: in addition to especially large-scale fraud, Volovikov did not pay wages to the workers who built protective structures in the village. This is about 15 million.
The head of KTK-Service asked everyone to call himself Askalon – according to Volovikov, he is a fan of mythology, and the sword of St. George is his alter ego. Volovikov managed to testify against ex-governor Smirnov, but now he himself is in jail. Currently, 23 people have been arrested in the case of protective structures in the Kursk region.
