The land under the business center from the Krasnoyarsk City Hall was bought for only 551 thousand rubles

In Krasnoyarsk, the prosecutor’s office is dealing with the illegal privatization of land on Uritsky Street at the city hall.

We are talking about the site where the Tikhiy business center was erected. The prosecutor's office found out that in 2019 the city administration sold land to the developer. The buyer was issued by the head of the company as an individual.

Instead of the cadastral value – 3 million rubles, the entrepreneur paid only 551 thousand rubles. The preferential price and lack of bidding became possible due to the fact that there was an underground garage on the site.

“However, the audit showed that in fact, the property is located underground, which excludes the possibility of providing land on preferential grounds. In the unauthorized actions of the municipality, the prosecutor saw signs of excess of official powers, ”the prosecutor's office noted.

The collected materials were handed over to investigators to initiate criminal cases of fraud and exceeding official powers in ordering municipal land.

The prosecutor’s office also noted that the director of the same company is already under investigation. The case was opened in connection with the illegal receipt of a land plot for a “car parking” on Malinovsky Street. The investigation on it is not completed, involvement in the crime of the official who issued permission to put the facility into operation is established.

The adoption of legal procedural decisions is under control by the prosecutor of the region.

The defendants in procedural inspections are members of the commission for the preparation of the draft changes to the rules for land use and development of the city of Krasnoyarsk, designed to optimize the urban planning policy of the regional center.
