23 years in prison were requested by the deputy prosecutor of the region to a resident of Minusinsk for the murder of an elderly couple. This was told in the press service of the supervisory authority.
Everything happened on March 4, 2025, after a drunken 35-year-old man could not get into his wife’s apartment. The woman did not answer his calls, so he decided to wait for his wife to visit the stairwell neighbors-a 66-year-old couple. Older people knew the man well, so they allowed him to go through and invited him to the table.
During a conversation with pensioners, Minosinets heard the noise in the entrance and, going to the front door, saw the police in the eye of the police. Since the day before the man, along with his friend, took up extortion and fell on the wanted list, he had no desire to meet law enforcement officers. He decided to hide from the law enforcement officers through the balcony.

In order for the owners of the apartment to prevent him from realizing the plan, the man asked the pensioners to the tape and tied his hands to the elderly woman. The husband stood up, as a result, a fight began between him and the aggressor. It all ended that the uninvited guest grabbed the knife and inflicted several blows to his victims.
When Minusinets realized what he had done, he collected all the valuable things and jewelry in the apartment of an elderly couple, took the keys to their car and disappeared from the scene of the crime. The man was found and detained, the murder case was initiated against him (“A”, “B” of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), attempt on illegal imprisonment of human liberty (part 3 of article 30, paragraph “w” of part 27 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), theft (clause “c” of part 2 of article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (part 1 of article 166 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
“The victims did not want death, if they had not actively resisted, I would not have killed them,” the defendant explained at the preliminary investigation. However, in court, he refused to testify.
Dmitry Sedykh, deputy prosecutor of the region, requested a punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of 23 years, 5 of which with a maximum security colony, with a restriction of freedom for a term of 1.5 years.
