In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, drunken spouses brought children in the car and came across police (video)

In Lesosibirsk of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the traffic police detained a drunk couple who transported two young children in a car.

The patrol noticed from side to side to Toyota Corolla on 283 km of the Krasnoyarsk-Oniysk highway. It turned out that the car was controlled by a 33-year-old man. Also in the cabin were his 24-year-old wife, their son born in 2021 and daughter born in 2023, who were transported with violations of security requirements.

“Both parents had external signs of alcohol intoxication. The driver who could not even talk normally, refused the examination on the spot, the procedure was carried out in a medical institution. Due to the fact that parents could not monitor the children, the boy and the girl were placed in state institutions. Previously, the family did not fall into the field of view of the police, ”said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The man was brought to administrative responsibility for driving in a state of intoxication (part 1 of article 12.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation) and for violation of the requirements for the transportation of children (part 3 of article 12.23 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). In addition, the protocols were drawn up for a couple under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for improper performance of parental duties.
