The winner of the XIII Youth Scientific and Practical Forum “Mountain School”, the team of miners Suek-Krasnoyarsk “Region-24”, got acquainted with the work of the large industrial enterprise of the city of Cherepovets and visited Moscow.
The journey was a gift to the coal holders for I Place in the team standings following the results of the Mountain School-2025. For the Krasnoyarsk team, they prepared a fascinating tour of one of Cherepovets’s largest enterprises – a metallurgical plant. The coal miners saw with their own eyes how steel melts and is transported in railway compositions to metal rolling, where metal sheets, pipes are made, and processed.
“The scale, of course, is impressive,” says Daniil Ivantsov, an engineer for the long -term planning of the Berezovsky section. “The organization of production was impressed: all the principles of lean production were observed, each in its place performs clearly their actions, everything works as one large mechanism.”
After the tour, the young miners flew to Moscow, where they conducted training for public performances for them. “They learned a lot of important and useful things: about the importance of intonation and gestures, articulation,” said the mechanic of the “prey” Bazhena Sagolakov, mechanic of the “prey” section of the Borodino section. “They took all the tips and life hacks into service, they will definitely come in handy.”
In addition, the youth of SUEK-Krasnoyarsk enterprises was able to talk with the first persons of the coal company, to share their opinions about the past “mountain school” and the importance of such events for professional and personal growth.
Another gift to the miners became tickets to the Moscow Operetta Theater for the musical “King Arthur”. “It was very unusual, interesting,” says Nikita Ivanov, head of the production department of the Nazarovsky section. – And we also got to the anniversary of the leading actor, the main role – Gerard Vasiliev, who was 90 years old on this day. He was honored by colleagues, representatives of the authorities, well -known publications. It was very pleasant to be part of such an event! “
But most importantly, young specialists were able to meet each other again, chat on working and personal topics. “Mountain School” is united, ”says Ekaterina Kuvaytseva, a specialist in the HR and Social Affairs Directorate. – During the preparation, participation in the forum itself, we became not just colleagues, like -minded people, but real friends. We are looking forward to a new meeting! “.
Recall that the All-Russian Youth Scientific and Practical Forum “Mountain School” annually collects young specialists of the mining industry. The forum is organized with the support of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Reliable Change Foundation. This year it was held for the thirteenth time.
