The first autumn session of the Legislative Assembly of the region was held in Krasnoyarsk.
The agenda of the meeting included 36 questions. The deputies heard a report of the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child about the observance of the rights and legitimate interests of children in the region in 2024, considered the issue of conferring the title “Honorary Citizen of the Krasnoyarsk Territory”, the draft agreement on cooperation between the Legislative Assembly and the People’s Council of the LPR and a number of bills, a significant part of which concerns the social sphere.
“There are non -trivial tasks before the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the government and the deputy corps. It is necessary to link the strategic goals of the development of the region in the framework of national priorities indicated by the President of Russia with real budgetary and organizational capabilities of the region. This work was carried out all summer as part of the formation of state programs of the region and is now entering the final stage, ”said the speaker of the parliament Alexei Dodatko.
He explained that in total, the plans of the Legislative Assembly are now consideration of about 120 bills, half of which were submitted precisely in the inter -session period. The Summer Session did not imply the rest of the deputies, all the committees continued their work. This allowed the summer to make a serious confusion for autumn legislative work.
Particular attention is paid to the adjustment of regional legislation in accordance with amendments to the local government.
“The parliamentary rostrum is an important place of public public report for the Commissioners for Human Rights, the rights of indigenous peoples, the business ombudsman and the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child. Today the report of the children's ombudsman was sounded. For deputies, those accents that are placed in terms of the situation with the rights of children in the report of Irina Yulievna Miroshnikova are important. The protection of childhood and the interests of the family today are one of the important vectors of state social policy. Topics related to the rights of special children, analysis of the effectiveness of state policy in the arrangement of orphans. We are reduced by the number of children left without parental care. And a new emphasis arises in the work – how to help parents who have changed their lifestyle, restore their parental rights. We will work on a resolution that will summarize the circle of priorities in the field of protection of children's rights, ”said Alexey Dodatko.
